Aligned with our commitment to sustainability, we utilize a print-on-demand order system.We implement our producers "on demand order" fulfillment platform's shipping policies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Policy
Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, your addresses, etc., please get contact to us as soon as.
We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

The risk of loss of, damage to and title for Products pass to you upon our producers delivery to the carrier. It shall be your responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case we will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.

We are not responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. 

Shipping Conditions
We do not provide our products from a single "on demand order" platform, we use multiple platforms.

  • If you purchase multiple products from the same supplier, they will be shipped together in a single package with one tracking number.
  • If you order different products from different suppliers, they will be shipped separately, each with its own package and tracking number.

Customs conditions

After the producers delivery to the carrier , You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and customs payments that may arise according to by your region.

Order production time

Production average times varies depending on the ordered item and the region of supply.

Average given time is min. 2 - max 15 working days. Production times may vary from case to case.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number or multiple tracking numbers to the email you provided during check out.

Time Out Period

If the specified average shipping times are exceeded, it is the responsibility of the customer/receiver to initiate an investigation. However, you are welcome to email us regarding the issue, and we will do our best to assist you.

We are not liable for issues related to lost or stolen packages or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
