Holy Art is an international contemporary art platform connecting artists, curators, collectors, and creative communities through exhibitions, publications, artist representation, and cultural initiatives around the world.
Visual artist, designer, and illustrator Gulsah Hamurcu became a member artist of The Holy Art, joining an international network of contemporary creatives working across a wide range of artistic disciplines.
Based in Istanbul, Turkey, Hamurcu’s artistic practice explores the relationship between fashion, identity, color, and visual storytelling through illustration, digital art, and multidisciplinary creative work. Her visual language is characterized by hyper-color palettes, maximalist compositions, surreal forms, and influences drawn from Harajuku culture, rave aesthetics, Pop Art, Cubism, Futurism, and Surrealism.
Through her participation in The Holy Art community, Hamurcu's artwork is presented alongside international artists working within contemporary art and visual culture.
As part of this collaboration, her digital artworks were selected for group exhibitions organized by The Holy Art in both New York City and Tokyo, expanding the international visibility of her artistic practice beyond fashion and into contemporary art spaces.
The exhibitions showcase Hamurcu’s ongoing exploration of color, imagination, identity, and creative self-expression while highlighting the connection between her visual art practice and her fashion brand, Frammy Land.
